ORDER POLICY: All orders are placed on the domain created by MYM exclusively for your school's yearbook orders. Please contact your school for domain information.
DELIVERY POLICY: Book delivery varies and is based on completion, finalization, and submission of yearbook. Books are shipped in bulk directly to your school unless otherwise noted. Books are distributed by your school, typically on school property. Please contact your school for details and estimated delivery date.
RETURN POLICY: We offer a 30-day return policy for damaged, misprinted, or duplicate orders. Customers may return items for a full refund within 30 days of receipt of book(s) provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Contact MYM via email (dvice@milestoneyearbooksmidwest) with the reason for return and for return authorization.
REFUND POLICY: Upon return authorization, refunds are processed within 24 hours and should be credited to buyer's account in 5-10 business days.
MYM is a yearbook sales organization. We do not print, but we will match your school with the best printer for the size of your book and school. We sell in the United States and only offer books printed in English at this time. Likewise, we only accept US currency.
MYM does not share customer information with any other companies. Your name, address, email address, and credit card information are protected to the fullest extent. Our online order processing, transmission, or storage of card data through STRIPE complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). An independent PCI Qualified Security Assessor (QSA) audited and certified Stripe, our online order host, as a PCI Level 1 Service Provider. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.
